Insurance & Rates

We are committed to making quality mental health care as accessible as possible. Whether you plan to use out-of-network benefits or self-pay, we are happy to discuss your options and help you find the best fit for your needs.

In-Network Insurance

  • UnitedHealthcare

  • Oxford

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Florida Blue

  • Oscar Health

  • Aetna

  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia

  • Cigna

If you have questions about your coverage or are unsure whether your specific plan is accepted, please reach out. I'm happy to help you verify

your benefits and discuss your options before your first appointment.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits

If I'm not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to

use your out-of-network benefits to reduce the cost of therapy. Many insurance plans reimburse a portion of the session fee after you meet

your out-of-network deductible.

To make the process easier, I partner with Mentaya, a secure service

that helps clients check their out-of-network benefits, submit claims,

and receive reimbursement with minimal paperwork. Mentaya

streamlines the insurance process so you can spend less time dealing

with forms and more time focusing on your care.

If you're unsure whether you have out-of-network benefits, feel free to

reach out. I'd be happy to help you explore your options.

    Mentaya is perfect if you:
    • Have out-of-network benefits
    • Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance
    • Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
    • Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!

Self-Pay Rates

For clients who choose not to use insurance or whose insurance is not accepted, self-pay options are available.

Individual Therapy (50–55 minutes): $125 per session

We accept credit cards, HSA/FSA cards.

Choosing self-pay offers several benefits, including greater privacy, no diagnosis requirement for insurance reimbursement, and increased

flexibility in treatment planning.

If you have questions about fees or would like to discuss whether

insurance or self-pay is the best option for you, please don't hesitate to

reach out.

If cost is a concern, please reach out to discuss whether you may qualify for a sliding fee scale based on financial need.
