My Story
My mission is to help repair the world by assisting others to heal.

I believe that every person plays a vital role in the community. Whether you’re on the front lines or quietly carrying the world’s weight, your story matters.
I never set out to become a therapist – at least, not at first. Even though it wasn't on my radar, I felt a calling to work with those who serve our communities. I can't imagine another population who deserves the same level of care, support, and dedication that they so freely give to others.

Here’s what therapy with me is like.

It’s not cold, clinical, or one-size-fits-all. It’s warm, honest, and human. It’s a place where you can laugh, cry, vent, reflect, or breathe.
I bring my whole self into the room – not just my training, but my heart, humor, and realness. I believe every person has value. We are all important. And sometimes, I see brokenness as strength in disguise – superpowers we haven’t yet learned to name.
My job is to help you find those parts, nurture them, and let them lead the way.
I offer you a space to be fully human and to feel seen, heard, and supported without pressure or pretense. I’ll show up consistently, hold space for your story, and challenge you with love when needed. Together, we’ll figure out what healing looks like for you.
Most of all, I believe in kindness, community, and the healing power of humor – even in the heavy moments.

And here’s the human stuff.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me walking my dog (who truly believes I work for him), sitting in the dreaded school car line, or exploring all that Atlanta’s nature has to offer. I’m passionate about continuing my education and expanding my work in meaningful ways to further support those who serve. To ensure each client receives the attention they deserve, I maintain a small caseload so you feel seen, supported, and important.
